Creating a campaign is done through the dashboard. In the Campaigns tab click “New” and you will be directed to the new campaign settings. Here you can set parameters for the new campaign such as daily budget, total budget, default bid (or auto-bid), placement spend, spend pacing, frequency cap, frequency term, geos, operating system, and exchanges to run the run the ad. The destination link will be added here as well. Once the campaign is saved, you will have the ability to upload creatives for the campaign.
